I run a slightly dated stock but rooted firmware on a slightly dated device.
My Samsung G800H is small, light and had a great battery life. Had. It has not last much more than a few days since early 2017. In the summer of the same year, I started charging it every night after it went flat on me once. I could change it but plugging it in frequently isn't much of an inconvenience.
